Welcome to the Heirloom Bean and Grain Club! We are so excited that you are here to join us on this exciting journey through some of the rarest heirloom beans on the planet. We work with small, independent farms to bring you the best possible gourmet beans available. Each month (or two or three, depending on the frequency you chose) you'll receive heirloom beans and grains along with a digital link to recipes and information about the beans and the farmers that grew them. You can always find the latest bean box information as well as tips and tricks on the bean blog.

All subscriptions are billed on the 10th of the month and they will ship on the Monday or Thursday following that. We pack all orders on Mondays and Thursdays and they are picked up by the postal service typically by the following day.
If you'd like to access your membership to check on the next ship date, change your address or credit card or anything else, simply login to your account . The first time you go to the site you'll need to create an account using the email address you used to sign up for the club. Once you've done that, it will appear under subscriptions. From the subscription portal you can see when your next shipment will be coming.
Check your email for instructions on adding one time purchases to your shipment and take advantage of our flat rate shipping. By using your special code at checkout we'll know to hold your order and ship it with your next club shipment. You can add to your shipment as much and as many times as you like as long as it's before the 10th of the month. Orders after the 10th of the month will be held until the following shipment.

Now let's talk storage.
Beans go in the pantry. If there is a date on your bag of beans that is the harvest date. Beans will last forever but the closer you are to the harvest date the fresher they are and the quicker they will cook.
Grains go in the refrigerator or freezer right away for the best results. Once in the freezer they will remain fresh for years, in the pantry generally one year but see our blog post with full details on the shelf life and storage of grains.
